Housing Minister Julie Collins says the Coalition “left a mess” which Labor is cleaning up in both migration and housing.
The Housing Australia Future Fund was established on November 1, 2023, and is dedicated to providing additional funding to support increased social and affordable housing.
“What we are doing in housing of course is we are adding to supply,” she said during Question Time on Monday.
“We have committed over $25 billion in new housing investments over the next decade.
“We understand that the answer to the housing issues in Australia is supply.”
