The Albanese government is putting economic opportunity for women at “the heart of our agenda”, says Prime Minister Anthony Albanese.
“Women in particular will benefit from our tax cuts,” Mr Albanese said during parliamentary Question Time on Tuesday.
“90 per cent of women will be better off than under the old Morrison plan.
“Of course, today, we have required large companies to publish their gender pay gap.
“What that’s about is transparency – making sure that people are aware of exactly what companies are doing.”
