Bondi Partners Senior Advisor Peter McGauran and Sky News host Tim Gilbert have joked about outgoing Woolworths Chief Executive Brad Banducci receiving “only” $24.5 million.
Banducci announced he would quit as the company’s boss on Wednesday.
It follows a disastrous interview with the ABC where he walked out after he was pressed on allegations of price gouging.
“He’s walking out with only $24.5 million,” Mr McGauran joked.
“My heart goes out to him.”
